State Bar of Texas

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR

What an incredible Advanced Family Law Course we just had! Kelly Fritsch and Nick Rothschild put together one of the best CLEs I can remember. I was very proud of all the hard work that each and every speaker put into the presentations. It was a delight to hear many familiar voices and a lot of new ones. As always, I certainly learned a lot and enjoyed my time with my friends and colleagues. However, if you couldn’t attend in person, you can still download and listen to the entire program online!

In this Section Report, The Section Report Team has put together another great lineup. Be sure not to miss the Spotlight on Kevin Segler, who also just happened to receive this year’s Pro Bono Award! Thank you to co-editors Beth Johnson and Patrick A. Wright for continuing to curate wonderful case summaries and articles. I appreciate the hard work of the Section Report Committee as they work to revamp and modernize the future digital Section Report.

For those looking to get involved and contribute, do not hesitate to reach out to Patrick and the Section Report Team with proposed articles and content. Also, please sign up and attend our upcoming CLE programs:
